ORA-12154: TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Check tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora file exists in ORACLE_HOME and copy tnsnames.ora to the location specified by TNS_ADMIN variable to resolve ORA 12154 error in Oracle forms
